From start to finish, the entire experience was handled with professionalism, care, and efficiency. The scheduling process was straightforward, and the staff provided clear, detailed instructions that made preparation much easier to manage. On the day of the procedure, I was welcomed by a friendly and attentive team who immediately put me at ease. The medical staff demonstrated a high level of expertise and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. They explained each step of the process in a calm and reassuring manner, which helped alleviate any concerns I had going in. The procedure itself was quick and completely comfortable thanks to the sedation, and I felt well cared for throughout. Recovery was smooth, and the follow-up communication was excellent. I received timely information about my results along with helpful guidance for next steps, if needed. It was clear that patient care and communication are top priorities for this team. Overall, I had a very positive experience. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of a colonoscopy. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and compassionate approach made what could have been a stressful situation feel routine and well-managed.

Super friendly and professional staff. The nurses, techs, transporters, front desk, anesthesiologist and the doctor were all excellent! Dr. McShane takes his time to answer all your questions and doesn't rush you which is a great quality in a doctor and much appreciated. They run fast and efficient scope procedures. I highly recommend for your scope needs. Thank you everyone!

All staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. In particular I'd like to thank Dr Sharma and the young lady (nurse?, who's name I believe is Karen) who took care of me before and after the procedure. She was so very kind and informative.

While all of the staff were excellent, I have to say that Dawn, RN, was particularly kind and helpful. She was friendly, engaging and comforting while being extremely good at her job. A nurse should be able to do what needs to be done, while making the patient feel safe, respected and understood - she did exactly that. Kudos!!

Megan was the nurse that attended me and she’s absolutely wonderful. She is in exactly the right career and demonstrated not just a wonderful bedside manner, but also aptitude for the job. I am used to being mangled by IV’s and I never blame anyone for that as my veins are notoriously difficult. She’s the first one that didn’t try to force the elbow and after taking my heads up under consideration—looking at both arms, Megan successfully found the vein in my hand instead. I understand that sometimes it really is necessary to go in by the elbow but I was so grateful that she made no issue of adapting to my bizarre little veins. I am sure I will need to be back and truly hope I see her every time!
