The night of Monday the the 29th at around 5:30 pm I drove myself to the ER after experiencing electric like painful shocking impulses that were running up and down my body. So strong they were making me shake uncontrollably. By the time I got to the parking lot I was having trouble walking. I was starting to loose motor control. The first person I saw was a guard and I couldn’t communicate what was wrong. I was uncontrollably making sounds and experiencing extremely dizzy. I could barely respond to basic questions as I was starting developed a regular pattern. For about 10 minutes I was shaking uncontrollably sweating profusely unable to walk and making nonsense sounds that I couldn’t control. Then for about 5 minutes minutes I was experiencing the most painful seizure like episodes I’ve ever experienced. Sometimes it would start with what sounded like crystals crunching in my gut and every time that crunch happened my whole body felt like it was on fire. And as the crystals crunched there way up my body it would eventually end at my brain and the biggest crystal would explode in my brain. Like steal blades sliceing throughout my brain. Leaving me completely incapable of communicating. As I was in to much pain to talk. I was put in a wheel chair and continued this pattern of 15 minutes off 5 minutes in the most intense pain I’ve ever felt. Something was very wrong with me. I needed help. And the first ER nurse that treated me. First asked about the scans on my face. Then asked if I’ve ever done any drugs. As he hooked me up to IV. It was all I could do to remain still for him. But right before he was going to administer the I’ve I had another episode I closed my eyes endured the pain. And when it was over he was standing right in front of me I my wheel chair. I looked up at him and he just looked at me not speaking. Until I said yes? And he said and you through? I was experiencing something I’ve never experienced before in my life. I had it strongly implied that I was a meth head. And treated as such by the ER nurse who first saw me Monday the 29th around 6:30 I would say. He then gave me what I’m guessing was fluids and said your feeling better already I bet. With a very dismissive tone. I then spent the next hour or so experiencing wave after wave of seizure like episodes in front of the entire ER with nothing in my system but THC. I was then wheeled to the back and put on a bed. My screening was so load I was told I couldn’t scream anymore because it was disturbing the other patients. I was not treated with concern or respect by that perticular ER nurse that night. This is a scathing review of that perticular employee. I never got his name. But seriously I needed help not judgement as I was suffering from staff pneumonia that had gone septic and was infecting my entire body. This was on my fourth day sober from alcohol and after experiencing my first bout of herpes. I was not well. And this nurse just completely missed that because of his own jaded history with addicts in the ER. Everything else was very well done by the team at the ICU. I’m certain I was experiencing staff infection related delirium. I don’t know why I fled the hospital that night. I have no memory of this I’m out and feeling much better and in my right mind. My last blood sample showed no resurgence or staff bacteria infection. Except for this perticular employee every body else was great very professional.

My name is not Dorothy DeGeare old email. My name is Jane Streeter. I left the ER about an hour ago fuming. First when I walked The girl who is entering my name to get my wristband was very loud and rude. I hadn’t even gotten to the counter yet then while the girl that was doing my vitals, she was talking over her too very loudly anyway I went back to the triage, got triage and asked her how long it would be she said not long. They’re just clearing cleaning rooms so we can get in them so after about an hour asked her how long it would be well the girl that was entering the information. My information said we’re busy. We’re all booked back there. All the beds are full, which was a lie all the time I was sitting there. They were laughing and joking, talking loud talking about other people and I’m sitting there with a headache at Eric and my body just aching and they were just rude and very loud where people are sick. These people need to be trained on how to work the front desk and not to talk about other patients or people when there are people waiting to be seen and not to be loud I had to leave I couldn’t take it anymore so train them

This a regarding billing. They do not do their job. I have spent hours trying to fix their insurance billing mistake. I have been told don't worry it's taken care of, you won't hear from us again. Then boom months later the same bill from collections. It's actually insane. I want it to stop. This is the second baby I've had here and same problems with billing with both babies.

My other half has stage 4 cancer and multi care has been great but not the valley hospital emergency room. I took her to valley hospital and after an hour she couldn't sit there anymore and wanted to come home. But they did take about 8 people in that came in after us while we waited. I asked if I needed to call an ambulance to take her to sacred heart but they said they wouldn't pick her up from there. We headed to sacred heart but she wanted to come home and go in the morning. Returned to emergency room and it has been 3 hours of people coming and going most the really sick ones are still sitting in the lobby. The ones that can walk went straight back. One guy can’t even talk my other half is trying to cover him with a blanket and help him. This place is a joke. And dirty bathrooms covered in piss, the floors are covered in garbage. If she dies it is because of lack of the service you get from there staff. talked to head of house and she said no way to let us know when a good time is to go to ER. I told her getting her there was difficult because she can hardly walk and I would probably have to call an ambulance. I asked what the wait time was for being seen when taken by ambulance and she said she did not know. I have never in my life seen such incompetence when it comes to health care. After 3 hours got bought back to an empty ward.they brought 4 groups back at the same time. Doctor and nurse both nice.
