Was referred to this clinic by my PCP and scheduled an afternoon appt, took leave off of work, rescheduled my patients around this appointment. They called me in the morning and left a message on my voice mail asking if I could come in earlier in the day as the doctor wanted to leave early (I don't get good wi-fi at my work so didn't get the message). It wasn't until I was calling about the location of the clinic that I was told the appt was cancelled and automatically rescheduled for earlier in the day without my consent. I work (as do many throughout the day) so was pretty perturbed that a doctor can cancel and schedule at will without consent while I as a patient need to give at least 48 hours in advance. Patients have jobs too. And now I have to cancel my rescheduled appt because I need to catch up from the patients I missed seeing last week and I have been on hold for over half an hour. Would not recommend. UPDATE: Finally did speak to a representative and they said they cancelled the appt and then hung up on me. Didn't give me an option to reschedule which, in the end, may be for the best. I know individuals get swamped so I don't mind that, it's just a sign of everyone being overworked and understaffed. Still, I would not recommend this place.

I had an amazing experience with Dr Edmond! He surgically fixed my deviated septum and put me at ease. I am now almost 3 months post surgery and immediately felt the positive effects. I could breathe right away after surgery and all through recovery. I had never had surgery before and his whole team made me relaxed and confident. Before the surgery I couldn’t breathe properly and if I was ever sick or had a stuffy nose I could not breathe at all. I had the flu in November and never even had nose blockage whatsoever. It’s been an amazing difference and visibly my nose is straight among finally being able to breathe!

I’m disappointed to be leaving a 1-star review, because I actually had a good experience with the doctor I saw here. Unfortunately, the issues with the accounting department have completely changed my opinion of this office. Over the course of a year, I had several appointments and was never once informed that I had a small outstanding balance. I didn’t receive any phone calls or mailed statements either. Instead, I was blindsided when I suddenly started getting calls from a collections agency months later. When I finally saw the bill, I realized it was for a charge my insurance hadn’t covered from over a year ago. If the office had simply mentioned it at any of my visits—or sent me a clear notice—I would have taken care of it immediately. Instead, it was sent straight to collections, which not only caused unnecessary frustration for me but also meant the office didn’t receive the full payment. I truly hope the management team reviews and improves their billing processes, because patients deserve better communication. Sadly, due to this experience, I won’t be returning or recommending this location.

Doctor & staff were somewhat friendly, but dr prummer kept touching me in ways I was very uncomfortable with. I should have said more during the appointment but I don’t think I fully realized until after. Please keep yourselves safe and maybe look towards another provider ❤️

I don’t know if thier front desk lady was just having a rough day, but that’s no excuse to be rude as hell to me. I wasn’t being annoying or being rude at all, I was just trying to ask if they have my address on file as I was an existing patient, so that I could contact the billing company they use (who had told me to call-proliance ent and allergy associates-back and ask some more questions) and see if anyone was given the wrong address, I’m just trying to pay whatever I owe so I can get treatment….she kept saying “I’m not going to discuss this with you”. At one point she belittled me once I told her I called who I was supposed to call “there’s no way you called everybody, I can’t even do that that fast” laughing at me. I then told her that I talked to the necessary people and they have nothing on me After I was trying to express that she was misunderstanding me, in a very disgusting fashion she said “oh, okay, let me type out exactly what you’re saying”. And then after asking again my question clearly and consistent, trying to make sure she understands, she gets louder into the phone and tells me she can’t help me. No willingness to hear me out or try to understand me at all, no willingness to be helpful or try to solve the problem in any way, Completely rude and unnecessarily bothered by me just trying to understand. I will never go here again, I will never recommend anybody to go here for treatment, I’d rather suffer than choose to walk in here ever again
