The staff was wonderful, took the time to explain everything. The Dr was very sweet and good looking! He talked you through the procedure made sure you are comfortable as you can be. Very good careful with the needles They rest of the staff was also wonderful weather they were getting you a pillow or putting in an IV. I would recommend them to anyone. Wonderful wonderful wonderful.

Dr Veal and his staff have been great. I’ve had 2 lumbar injections and the last one was stronger and had been working well. Dr Veal listened to me. He explained everything with each injection. Definitely will keep going to him as needed and definitely recommend him.

Dr. Wohns is simply the Best! His amazing talent, confidence, compassion, and sincere concern for his patients is second to none. Dr. Wohns performed successful cervical surgery on me several years ago. I will forever be grateful for his skilled precision and care.

everyone was very friendly and professional. Kate Sayers was amazing she listened to every concern I had. Taking the time to give me the care I was comfortable with and that would help me.

Update: I spoke with the manager, and they apologized for the confusion. They explained there have been some recent changes and have since resolved the issue. At this point, I’m satisfied and will continue my care with Neospine. Original: My initial referral was reportedly never received, so I had a second referral sent and confirmed it was received. Each week, I was told scheduling would call me back, but no one ever did. I left multiple messages without any response. When I was finally able to reach the scheduler, I was told they needed verbal authorization from my claims manager. I explained that I already have written authorization available, but was told they still needed to contact them directly. It has now been another week without any follow-up. Additionally, my husband’s doctor has refused to refer him to your clinic due to ongoing issues with not receiving timely information back, which raises further concerns about communication and coordination of care. At this point, I am no longer willing to wait and will be seeking care elsewhere with a clinic that communicates and schedules appropriately. It has been over a month, and further delays are unacceptable. While the providers may be excellent, the front office process has been disorganized and unprofessional.
