I had an amazing experience today at Park Hill surgery center! The nursing staff was excellent. Kendall and Holly took great care of me in the operating room. Dr. Bertran was a wonderful anesthesiologist and my personal doctor, Dr. Boothby is excellent and professional. The pre-and postop nurses were also kind, attentive, and professional. I appreciate the support I received from Mccayla and Kerri. From check in to check out my experience was incredible and I am so grateful for the compassionate team around me today.

I had surgery on Tuesday and can’t say enough of the staff, the professional, the facility and the nurses and my Doctor, Dr Callahan. Once I went to the back for pre op, David and Natalie were awesome, the best at making me feel at ease and comfortable and calming my stress. I highly recommend this facility first and foremost because of the staff and nurses! At checkout the nurse was awesome with instructions, unfortunately I don’t remember anything or any names after surgery. Thank you doctor Callahan for taking care of me. Now the recovery! Hopefully the pain subsides soon I look forward to my post op appointment on Monday. Thank you and Happy New Year! James

I wish ZERO stars was an option!! I work in a Surgery Center and Park Hill was a HORRIBLE experience. The patient I accompanied was treated as a number, not a person. Very loud employees when speaking to each other, heard cursing between employees, heard HIPPA information being spoken about, did not even get introduced to the CRNA involved in the case. The entire situation felt rushed from start to finish. Absolutely no empathy shown or patient concern regarding the patients comfort and fears.

Getting someone to help you is non-existent. I left messages no return call. They have no problem sending me text, email and phone calls about how much I will owe them, but no one can tell me what time I'm supposed to be there. When I did talk to a person the standard response is, "I don't have that information. " they have the nerve to put on there hold recording that they want to provide excellent customer service. WHAT A JOKE!!

I just had surgery here a few days ago. The experience was so positive from beginning to end! The receptionist was welcoming & the person in registration was so kind! The nursing staff is amazing, and I was in good hands! Being able to start my surgery journey on such a positive note, I know my outcome will also be positive. Thank you for taking such good care of me! If I need any procedures going forward, I will definitely use Park Hill again!
