I had an excellent experience at High Pointe Surgery Center and with Dr. Hancey. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, kind, and attentive, which immediately put me at ease. The facility was spotless, well-organized, and ran very efficiently. The nurses and surgical team took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions with patience and care. I truly felt safe and well taken care of throughout the entire process. The recovery staff was just as compassionate and made sure I was comfortable before discharge. I’m very grateful for the high level of care I received and would highly recommend this surgery center to anyone looking for quality, compassionate medical care.

The entire team made me feel so comfortable, cared for, and reassured every step of the way. Ryan, Dr. Chidester, Brittany (CRNA), and my nurse Jasmine were absolutely incredible and truly made the experience seamless. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail meant everything to me and made what could have been a stressful day feel calm and positive. This surgery center felt more like a luxury hotel than anything. It is very clean and beautiful. I loved that you could see the valley from the OR. All staff members who helped me the day of surgery were more like friends. My experience was smooth and seamless from beginning to end. 11/10 recommend!
