The provider I managed to speak to and work with was pretty good but the office/schedule/management seem horrendous. Both appointments I had scheduled months out were rescheduled within a week or two of the appointment date for.. months further out. What is the point of scheduling that far in advance if I just have to redo it several times and wait? Especially when dealing with concerns of cancer screening and such, an extra half of year waiting could result in dramatically different outcomes. Schedule accurately and manage your providers and times available, don't shove that onto your patients.
The nurses here were so good. The most caring nurses I have ever experienced. I felt like I was in a different country or world or something because I couldn’t believe it. They really took care of me and made me feel safe and comforted. This is how medicine should be. If I need to get anything else done I will be sure to come here. I wish I could give this clinic 10 stars.
This was not a good experience at all I actually have several reasons why but I’ll leave it at this I was told the room was sterile for my procedure colonoscopy and it was not. At all. I will never come back just specifically for that. I will spare the details of other things i experienced. Even feeling discriminated. But that room in that condition to have a procedure like that. Being put to sleep not knowing if hands were even being washed. Because of the presentation of the room it gave such a bad look. I just cannot. Let me say this the doctor was amazing the nurses were unprofessional. The room was so dirty it just sealed the deal for me. Lovely doctor though she was amazing and very patient and CAN deal with her patients accordingly. Thanks clinic but no thanks that was a tough one to swallow the conditions of cleanliness I cannot express enough how disappointed I am.
I absolutely love the Oregon Clinic! From the moment I walk in, I feel welcomed and cared for. I have always been treated with kindness, professionalism, and respect. My doctor, Cristian Vallejos, takes the time to listen, explain, and make sure I understand every step of my care. The other staff I encounter are just as compassionate and attentive, which makes every visit a positive experience. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of care and support I receive here. I truly and wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking excellent medical care.
This was such a good experience, I was a little stunned! From the front desk reception to the doctor, everyone was very kind and friendly, the doctor (Parks) was knowledgeable and affirming and kind. I came out of there feeling very confident I had scheduled with the right place and right doctor.
