Dr. Muktadir is an excellent doctor with great bedside manners, and within a minute of questioning me found a tentative diagnosis. His staff, including Ms. Tiffany in the front desk and Ms. Carly, the medical assistant, are all smiles all the time. Overall, it's a great setup where you do not feel that you are in a clinic and just a number. For any illness in your hands, this is the place to go!
Dr. Muqtadir is the best. I have been seeing him as needed for years for trigger finger, trigger thumb, arthritis in my hands and tennis elbow. Very prompt, very polite and his staff, especially Tiffany.
This is the worst place ever ! They treat you really bad in person and over the phone , they even hung up on me . They lie to me , in my case they said we didn’t have to pay anything during 90 days because the Dr did an emergency surgery on my dad and now they keep sending bills . But when I call they say that I don’t need to pay them they will remove it . And they don’t do it, they keep making up excuses and keep sending the bills even send them to collection . But I will get until the end of this ! Just sit and wait.
Dr. Kader Muqtadir is an amazing hand surgeon, with a great bedside manner. He operated on my son’s broken thumb on Christmas Eve. He explains Ed all that was happening and all procedures that had to be done. His team of Matt Berke, Vince, and others are great as well. They are very efficient, kind, and organized to make visits and appointment scheduling seamless. I would recommend him to anyone.
