Medical Village Surgical Center was literally the absolute BEST experience that I’ve ever had in my life for surgery on my cervical spine (neck)! WOW! At every step, y’all set the expectations. What an incredible staff y’all have! Every single person that I came into contact with from the two very kind gentlemen at the front desk who welcome the patients with a warm smile and excellent patient service to every nurse, doctor, assistant, etc.;it was the same amazing experience! Their bedside manner at Medical Village Surgical Center is really unheard of! It makes me wanna cry just thinking about how warm and attentive everyone was and how it was like they were taking care a member of their family member! Wow! I truly received the BEST patient care ever! I’m not in the medical field, but I remember thinking that it also has to be the best place to work as well! Everyone was so warm, happy and truly attentive to my needs to ensure I was comfortable and expectations were explained to me as well to make sure that I didn’t have any questions! It was so clean! Everything was orderly and surprisingly calm and serene. I was in a major car accident and another surgery will be needed and I am so happy to have found such an amazing place that I trust and love to have the next surgery! My recovery has also been amazing, all glory goes to the Lord! I’m thankful for Dr. Menmuir performing this surgery on me! HE IS AN AMAZING SURGEON! WOW! I’m also thankful for the folks at Medical Village Surgical Center for checking in on me after surgery to make sure that recovery is going well. Again, y’all are truly the best and every patient should be treated like family as y’all do at Medical Village Surgical Center! Thank you for the bottom of my heart! Just WOW!
The whole team was exceptional. I was very impressed. Every staff member was alert, courteous, made sure my needs were met and caring. I highly recommend!
Great experience from start. Reception staff is upbeat and friendly and had me laughing and relaxed from the start. Once back getting g ready for procedure all the staff again was extremely friendly. Yes it took awhile to go back, but heir were a few people for procedures and the nurses kept stopping by keeping me up to date in my ETA. Great place
I was nervous for surgery but every single staff member from the front desk to the nurses, anesthesiologists, etc. were so sweet, kind, and took such good care of me. My boyfriend was able to wait with me before my surgery and the nurse even offered him a warm blanket so he wouldn’t be cold. Not sure why there are so many low reviews but I truly had a 5/5 experience. Great staff and excellent care.
Just finished having a procedure done here...recovering now waiting for my ride....the minute I arrived I was received by Gabrielle at the front desk...he was nice and a pro....then Chelsea got me prepped in the big room...another pro...the rest of the staff (I can't remember everyone's name and I'm sorry) were amazing......clean (cold bring a sweater for sure)...the only downer wad I was fasting and the staff was having their Friendsgiving so I heard, in detail all the food everyone made...omg I'm salivating! LOL thank you team....:)
