So many people have written about their fantastic Doctors/Surgeons in these reviews. Well, I will too! Dr Matsen Ko was amazing every step of the way with my knee replacement, I would recommend her to anyone and everyone with 100% conviction. I also wanted to make sure that the Seattle Surgery Center was mentioned loudly in a review. From the phone calls leading up to this surgery, to every interaction I had with everyone in this facility, the folks in this establishment were outstanding in every way. Every single interaction I had with employees was professional, competent, and most of all filled with kindness. These operations (in my case knee replacement) will give you some anxiety, the people that work here were extremely good at easing that anxiety. 5 STARS

I had an arthroscopic surgery performed at SSC on Monday, July 8th and I was very favorably impressed with the care I received. The anaesthesiogist took the time to listen to my concerns and did a great job getting a needle into my difficult vein on the first try and with no pain. The folks in recovery were very sweet and supportive. Two years ago I had arthroscopic surgery done at the Swedish Surgery Center and this was a much better experience! I am giving a 5 star rating despite the fact that they had me arrive at 5:45 AM for a 7:00 AM surgery and I sat in the waiting room doing absolutely noting for 30 minutes.

I received rotator cuff surgery less than a week ago at Seattle Surgery. The entire experience exceeded my expectations of excellence. From start to finish, each person treated me as though they really cared and like I mattered. Every single person, from the front desk on thru was so friendly, helpful and very professional.I felt like I was surrounded by caring intelligent professionals. It is with great pleasure and confidence I share my experience with you today. Seattle Surgery can be completely trusted.

My husband has had three surgeries at Seattle Surgery Center and the place is very efficient. I want to give a shout out to a very thoughtful employee in the reception area of the waiting room. My husband's operation was taking a bit longer than expected (the time I was expecting the surgery to be completed per information given to my husband) and she (Nicky or Nikki) took the time and effort to check with the surgical staff and assure me that all was well. She was not the original staff member with whom I had raised this concern, so she really provided me with excellent customer care and even behind the mask, I could tell that she saw me as a concerned wife and fellow human being. She was compassionate with me, and I appreciated her efforts at putting me at ease. Thanks Nicky!

Dr was great, nurses even decent…however I have had multiple procedures done here and it is NOT my first choice at all. Most recently I went for a procedure that the nurses had called for anesthesia to come place my IV and they were either ignored or when someone came 2hrs later they gave me 8min did NOT bring the ultrasound machine…I’ve not been contacted or issued a refund for services I paid for but did NOT receive. This place and sadly even Swedish sadly I have had the WORST experiences at as they do not seem to care about proper pain control but require you to go there for the procedure, only to not do the pain management in the first place, they should refund my time, gas, parking, most of all though the money spent for services not even received should be returned. They would not even do IM or oral for the procedure because it was “against policy” maybe they need to adjust their policies…
