Last week, I needed to schedule an emergency appointment and was able to book a same-day visit after speaking with one of the kind ladies who answered the phone. I was extremely grateful, as I was in a LOT of pain. When I arrived, I was seen by PA-C Alison, who was assisted by Ana. Both of them were incredibly personable and made me feel comfortable right away. They took the time to talk with me and provided a lot of reassurance during my visit. Together, they made the entire experience warm and welcoming. I truly appreciate their care and kindness, and I’m looking forward to my follow-up appointment today.
I have had a great experience with my appointments I have had here, they were able to answer all questions and give me some great ideas to try for my daily facial cleansing habits and they gave me some ideas of what not to eat to help with my stubborn acne that I have struggled with for years. They recommended some medications that I could start on and to have a hydrafacial done by their aesthetician to help clean my pores and help hydrate my skin. I ended up getting a hydrafacial and I have to say It was relaxing , she allowed me to pick my own music I wanted to hear in the room. I could have fallen asleep, my face was glowing and looked amazing after. I would say from the front desk team to any other person I interacted with was kind and friendly ready to help me. Definitely will be coming back!
Arrived Weds 26 to remove stitches. Provider PA Gina inspected and was going to remove. Nurse Deena entered room and volunteered to do the job. Both ladies cheerful, efficient. I didn't feel a thing! Note: Dr. Margit Juhasz did anti-squamous cut outs 2 weeks prior. She is so competent, precise and pleasant! Her stitches are precise and so well done! Love your clinic and thanks so much!
