Dr. Dobbs and his staff are incredible. All of my questions were answered at each and every appointment. They clearly referenced images and made sure I understood my progress. Surgery and recovery were amazing. They supported me every step of the recovery process providing additional exercises and guidance as needed. I am thrilled with the outcomes. I rarely give 5 stars but this is a solid 5. If you need shoulder surgery then I wouldn’t go anywhere else- Dr. Dobbs’ record speaks for itself. He really is that incredible and we are fortunate to have him in Northern Nevada!

I was very impressed with my overall experience. This is a large, busy orthopedic practice, but it truly runs like a well-oiled machine. Despite the high volume of patients, everything was extremely well organized, and every staff member I encountered was friendly and professional. The open-air concept of the office, along with the café, made the space feel welcoming rather than clinical, which I really appreciated. My appointment with Dr. Michael Kalisvaart was efficient and to the point. There wasn’t much small talk, but I actually found that reassuring. He was focused, clear, and thorough. I left feeling comfortable and confident that my knee was properly evaluated and that there’s a solid plan moving forward. I would highly recommend Dr. Kalisvaart and this practice to anyone looking for orthopedic care.

This was my second time as a patient at ROC. This is an amazing place. I received excellent care, professional, competent and personable staff at all levels. Dr. Loeffler was informative and it seems like he enjoys his work. Our interaction was enjoyable and I am comfortable recommending ROC to anyone with an orthopedic issue

I broke my foot and saw Dr. Swanson and his Assistant Rose Meade. I’ve never met or been cared by such present, attentive and kind Physicians. They and everyone I encountered are a class act. Each visit they took care of me and my foot in the best way possible. I feel grateful that roc serves my community.
