Dr. Nourani is a great doctor. This is my third procedure by him. My experience at this facility was wonderful. The entire staff jncluding the receptionist who greeted me, the assistant who checked me in, the nurse who took my vitals and the anesthesiology nurse made me feel comfortable, well cared for and even pampered. I will always schedule any needed procedures at this facility. One other thing I appreciate is the anesthesia used dissipates quickly so I came out of it alert with no residual wooziness or amnesia. Very professional, friendly doctors and staff.
All staff members were attentive, courteous, patient and very personable. Had a positive experience at this facility. Dr had a good bed side manner and explained how things went when he checked in on me after recovery. Follow-up calls were very appreciative as well.
Everyone from the front desk to the nurses, Drs and anesthesiologists are very caring and friendly. Before and After your procedure they fully explain everything to you. I was early to my appointment and they took me in early and didn’t make me wait till appointment time.
I had my colonoscopy last week at DHC. My whole experience having the procedure that day was great! Dr. Pfau, the anestesiologist and nurses Lacey, Leslie and Michaela all went over and above my expectations. Before the colonoscopy, they explained things clearly, and took the time to answer my questions, and that relieved my mind. I have had 5 colonoscopies in my lifetime and this was definitely up there deserving 5 stars.
When you've only 2 choices where to go, this is the place! I was respected. My concerns were validated and I was put at ease. Special needs were happily/generously accommodated. Staff is friendly, cheerful, attentive, highly qualified & approachable. Very clean & tidy front to back. Everyone goes above & beyond to ease & comfort patients.
