Just had a “T-Tube” placed in my right ear by Dr. Roberts this morning, and it was a very pleasant experience! The nurses, anesthesiologist, and staff were extremely welcoming and kind. The procedure was fast and I didn’t remember a thing! The after care was spectacular, and even one of the nurses adjusted my socks when I woke up so they weren’t baggy
Very clean, extremely helpful and courteous staff, with quick on time service. Went back a couple minutes before appointment time and was immediately started upon. Absolutely no waiting. EVERYONE I came in contact with was cheerful and caring specifically Katie and Holly were magnificent. I could not think of a single improvement to suggest.
Very professional and caring team. My arrival time was 6:00am and I was in Surgery by 7:00am. The entire team was great and I would highly recommend. First time using Red Hills and will definitely use in the future if needed.

My child had surgery here. She was incredibly nervous, but all the staff were nurturing and compassionate. The nurses, anesthesiologist and doctor took extra time to explain everything she would see and feel before it happened. I do not have one complaint our experience. The waiting room was comfortable, along with coffee, water and snacks.
