Digestive Examination

I was referred to the Digestive Disease Clinic by my internal physician. This is a well organized efficient practice. I arrived early and was taken back shortly afterwards. My appointment was at 2pm and the doctor was in the room with me by my appointment time. That is a first for me. Normally I'm seeing my physician 20-45 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time. I was very satisfied with my consultation and the information I was provided. Scheduling my upcoming procedure was equally easy and only a week later. Well run office.

I was so impressed with the staff at Digestive Disease Clinic. Every person I interacted with was very pleasant and very competent. This was an appointment that I had been not looking forward to but the staff put me at ease and the procedure went well. I cannot say enough positive things about this team.

This medical team is outstanding. Meagan took time to help me understand my treatment. She and her nurse were very professional, kind and showed concerned for my care and health. Thank you for making my experience pleasant.

I called to schedule a procedure I was being referred for by TMH and insured by VA community care. The individual I spoke to mistook the community care authorization as a referral for initial care. I tried to clarify the confusion, quite calmly and respectfully, but was met with curt responses with no willingness to listen to my explanation and was literally told she "can't debate this with me". I had to contact my surgeon's office to have them call DDC to explain the exact same thing I did and get it rectified. If I EVER have to have any GI issues handled in the future, I'll just opt to travel to the Gainesville VA hospital rather than deal with that level of unprofessionalism again. I sincerely hope I'll have a better experience with the staff performing the procedure.

My recent visit to DDC was absolutely incredible. From the most kind lady I've ever met (over the phone) during the scheduling of my appointment Greta she was so caring ,extremely calming and so helpful. When I arrived for my Appointment, I was able to be checked in immediately and I was given an iPad to verify my medical history, but within less than 5 minutes of sitting down I was called back by the nurse and was taken to a room to thoroughly go over all of my medical history, as well as the reason for my appointment as soon as he finished with my history and vitals Dr Mota came in right away and was extremely nice and had such a warm bedside manner. She went over everything and was so very thorough to make sure everything was covered and made sure I completely understood her medical explanations as well as immediately had me scheduled for a few required procedures before I even left the room and lastly covered how the follow up would go or how we would proceed after the procedures were completed. Honestly this Medical Provider was the best and most amazing practice I've ever seen. Definitely a 10/10 5⭐️ recommendation.
