The kindest staff you want to meet. The nurse was cheerful and kind. Samantha took her time and got my vitals while ensuring that I was comfortable. The NP, Dr Liz, was personable and thorough. She seemed to really listen and ask pertinent questions. She performed several assessments and developed a plan that I understood and could follow. The Check-Out receptionist was all smiles, as well. I left feeling hopeful for a positive recovery.
Dr Runnels is so easy to talk to. We had a good conversation about everyday things that weren’t medical for a few minutes and put us at ease. He is honest with us about our situation and I feel like he really cares about us. The staff is awesome, friendly and professional. It is comforting to be taken care of by such caring people.
