The doctors and staff at the Lakeland Drive location are the best. Very professional people, but even more caring and compassionate. I had cataract surgery in January and they couldn’t have made it easier. Their intake and exam professionals are very competent, while explaining everything they are doing as they go along. They take time to cover any questions you may have. Dr. Jeffries is great, and he makes sure he has answered any questions. And post surgery they make it a point to call and make sure everything is ok. I could not have asked for a better experience.
As soon as I had my first appointment with Dr. Jeffreys, I knew I was in the right place. They were so thorough and explained every procedure they were doing in my checkup. Dr Jeffreys confirmed that I had cataracts which I was expecting. From there, I met with Shannon who explained the whole process for surgery and fully explained the options for removal of the cataracts and installing Implants. I just completed the first eye surgery and could not be happier. EVERYONE was so attentive and professional before and after the surgery. Dr. Jeffreys and his entire staff have it figured out. Taking absolute care of each patient and expressing genuine interest in each person are at the very top of their list. I’m anxiously looking forward to my second surgery in a few days.
