I literally just leaving this facility and this my WORST EXPERIENCE EVER this is my third colonoscopy I’ve done and by far worse. From my IV to me waking up was very bad. This lady slap me hard to wake up and in Less than 30 seconds she forcing me out the room, her words I have to get out of here now, I said I’m just getting up I’m trying give a second, her words no you have to go now. She grabbed my arm dragging me up, I pulled back she said ok I can’t do this and walked out. Couple seconds later the administrator walked in and said she said I hit her. I couldn’t believe what I’m hearing I had to ask if he’s serious i started looking for cameras because I know this lady didn’t went and lie on me. I couldn’t believe what was going on. Her name Kelly a white lady I’m black obviously. I will be seeking legal counsel in this matter. I don’t even cry but to really break down just now and explain to my wife what had just happened. And this just happened I’m Fully aware and all this I’m saying is fresh. I wouldn’t recommend this location. Even the Doctor is a one star. Walked in and said 2 word and out “no cancer”and walk right back. Go to sand lake facility 10 times better. 0 for me, prep nurse in the beginning is 10.

Every single staff member was extremely sweet from the receptionist to my nurses and my doctor. I had a procedure done with Dr. Soto Ramos and he’s literally the nicest doctor I’ve ever interacted with. The team made me feel comforted and safe in their hands. It was also very quick, in and out in under an hour and half. As someone who has undergone over 10 colonoscopies, this was by far the best experience I’ve had.

I've been attended here for approximately 16 years. The people, process, and product are very good. It is a clean, friendly and professional facility. Ive never had any difficulty here. They had security guards/ doorman greeting me and directing me to the correct suite this time. I think that is really good.

As far as I'm concerned, my experience wasn't bad at all. I got there at 7:30. My procedure was at 8. Got back there at 9. Understandable that there was the usual wait and delay. It wasn't as long as some people were saying. But I know people have different experiences. I know some people are complaining about the payment being needed the day of surgery, but it clearly states in the paperwork it's needed. People should be prepared for that. Once I got to pre-op, everything ran smoothly. I got in and out before noon. So I was happy about that. If you can tolerate some waiting after your assigned appointment, it's not that bad. Like any other medical establishment, they want you early for your appointment, but will run late with sticking to that appointment. Nothing new.

If I could give you a 0 I would, this place doesn't deserve not one star, KELLY (Nurse) & ( Doctor) Mohan Babu , he Doctor came in and said I'm your doctor than left out.... and after surgery two words NO CANCER that was it to my husband no explanation of what he was looking for just no compassion, than KELLY came in & slapped my husband to wake him up telling him its time to leave , how rude, this is 30 sec in of him trying to wake up and forcing him out, not allowing him to properly get dress dragging him out by his arm and when she could not she said walked and he heard her lie on him saying he hit her which was false , Matthew the admin than came in and help with him getting dress and also speaking to me with my concerns that took place, I see in the comments its a wait time I see why they were OR let me just say KELLY was forcing him out cause they need beds because of the amount of ppl they are trying to see, so unprofessional ............. the WORST ................ EVER !!!!!!!!!!
