Went in for pain evaluation consultation. The 30 year old know it all doctor didn’t even look at or have my latest mri. I had to show it to him on my phone. He acted like he read it but he didn’t. He had a predetermined opinion already before he walked in the room. He didn’t listen. Told me that the other doctors don’t know what they are talking about. I have multiple bulging discs along with a t12 fracture and narrowing of the spinal canal. I live with a very high pain level that took me from being a very productive person to a person that hardly sit.stand or lay in any position for more than minutes at a time. This place is a joke and I would advise to not go there

Was at matrix, 3/27/23 , had a unit removed today. Only place myself & family would go . Dr Bear did this, He and this company saved my live back in July, of 2012 , Mainly Dr Bear, I would not be her if not for him, thank You again. God bless
Been going to the matrix for 3 years and within that time period I have nothing bad to say about this pain management as of yet they gave me a quality of life that I haven't had many years God bless Dr Pappinfuse and his staff
Trash doctors, trash company. I was seeing them a while back and had to switch clinics due to insurance issues and now that I have insurance they accept they're telling me there's nothing they will offer. So I guess I'm just going to have to continue suffering
