The staff here are very friendly and welcoming!!! Even before my surgery as well during and after my surgery they were incredibly attentive and thoroughly explained everything. They took the time to make sure I had everything I needed, answered all my questions. I hopefully will have my 2nd tympanoplasty here as well!!!! They even followed up with me the following day!!!
My procedure was delayed due to changing to ketamine. Then I was sent home extremely nauseated and confused because you were closing at 5. I was out of it and unable to drink or eat for 4 days. I wound up at NC Baptist in ICu as they thought I had a heart attack and after having a heart Cath learned my heart wasn’t pumping as well. I will not recommend your OP Surgery facility.
The staff was very much on top of the planned surgery. From scheduling to the actual procedure was very easy. Recovery was always having someone nearby for help. They made sure my family knew what to expect and if there was a problem who to call. I appreciated everyone’s help in getting this procedure completed. I would do it again because of their treatment. Thank you for the opportunity to “shout you out” for beyond excellent service!
