A Dr. that listens to you and is responsive. He reviewed a recent hospital visit and the office called me to do a follow up after reviewing some abnormal test results. He made time to see me within 24 hours. I also love how they do their own testing in house, within hours of leaving the appointment I have my results. Dr Roldan is awesome!
I love my doctor! Front and billing not so much. All staff need to be school on tier of ins. Over charge my copay. My ins have diff tiers on copay. My doc is tier 1 spec which is $40 copay. Not the $100 Billing person in the front wouldn’t even talk to my ins. Finally office manger fix it. Now I’m here waiting for a reversal.
