Went here yesterday for my eye surgery. Everything went along fine - check in, wait time, pre-op, post-op, and departure. The staff was efficient and caring. Everyone there seemed to get along great and worked so well together, so my experience here was very good. Thank you, everyone!

My family member was scheduled for a procedure today. We were 15 minutes early, registered, and sat down patiently. It is now 2 hours past our appointment time, but that is not the issue. My family member was scheduled next. Someone, that came in after us and had to have known that everyone in the room was there before them, complained enough and got the manager (Kayla) to move them ahead of us. Even though our appointment was scheduled 2 hours prior to their's and that time had just approached, they used being diabetic as and excuse to be moved up the list but so is my family member. We drove over an hour to get here and would like to finish so that we can eat and get back on the road. Unfortunately, he has to have his other eye surgery done here also. Update: I am still in the waiting room. The person before us and after us have been called back to be with their loved ones. I did not see my son in pre-op holding. He was taken to surgery and I did not see him again until recovery and discharge. Marshall RN Cardiac Ambulatory Surgery Center I am not affiliated with Baptist but I do understand family members and patients wanting to move things along. No one want to wait all day but they are told their check-in time not there procedure time. None of us can forecast or predict complications that may happen ahead of them. All we can do is keep them as informed as possible and try to help them cope. From the moment that patient was put ahead of us, I spoke with no one, including my son, until it was time to be discharged. Poor, poor customer service.

I had a very great experience for my surgery that I just had done at this facility. They called me in the days leading up to the surgery day, very welcoming upon arrival to the clinic, thorough with all directions and explanations every step of the way until my surgery was complete and afterwards. The staff is very friendly and professional, overall a very great experience.
