Every person involved with my surgery made me feel confident in their care, and the results are great, so far. From the person handling check-in to the one handling postop ... everyone seemed to care and to know how to get the job done. Dr. Nunn is highly recommended - knowledgeable, thoughtful ... never rushing me, he answered all my questions with patience and empathy. Don't want to forget the anesthetist, who also showed genuine concern, empathy, and know how.
The experience was excellent. Can’t wait to get my other eye done. The Doctor, Dr Cross was very nice and spoke directly to me while looking me in the eyes. Friendly and professional. Dr. Clary was great. He explained exactly what was going to take place. Made a big impression when he asked if I wanted him to say quick prayer before my cataract surgery. Very impressed with the results. 24 hours after surgery I am not even needing reading glasses. My only complaint would be the day of the surgery my appointment was for 11:30. We sat in the waiting room until after 1:00 before we were called back. Maybe there is a reason to be that early. Other than that everything was great. I highly recommend.
Dr. Johnson was my surgeon & my doctor. He is awesome. He is very thorough & showed compassion & respect to me which means so very much in a patient & doctor relationship. He was great & I can’t say enough good things about him. I’ve asked for my husband to be referred to him. The staff were all professional & answered all my questions. Dr Crossland is really good. He's friendly, kind. When I later had questions he even called me to reassure me. But most importantly the surgery went well. My vision is great. I cant ever remember seeing this well. It's like I was seeing in analog and now im seeing in digital lol
