This place was an amazing and high standard experience for me. The front desk super kind and patient. The nurses - Brittney, Brie, Stacey, and Lori so kind and caring. I did have a hard time with my emotions and they were so patient and kind with me. Thank you ladies. Dr Beer, Cesar, and Dr Burcl were amazing, too. Explained every single step and procedure to me, answered all my questions, and approached me before surgery to assure me that all will be well. The care I received was beyond my imagination, so amazing. Thank you.

I had an amazing time experience at High Plains for an anterior cervical fusion. Everyone from reception to the doctors and nurses were very knowledgeable about what was going to happen and what I should expect. I truly felt like I was the only patient being cared for because the nurses were so quickly responsive to my needs.

I cannot go on enough about how scared I have been about Cheyenne, Wyoming medical facilities. Unfortunately, there’s not a good rep for a lot of doctors in this area. Not only was a blessed with Dr. Lawrence.O’Holleran as my surgeon, but High Plains surgery center was the most wonderful experience I could have in my position. My nurse joy who is in my recovery is probably still making me cry when I think about her how wonderful I was treated.. not to mention my anesthesiologist who gosh darn it. I can’t remember his name, but he had the best in sweetest accent from Czechoslovakia. I cannot go on enough to tell everyone this is the place you want to be if you have to have surgery these are the people that you want if you have to have surgery. What a blessing! You will be in the best hands.

Had surgery here multiple times, the nursing staff is amazing. Recognize they are busy, this is not a 5-star hotel... They're here to make sure you're comfortable given your circumstances. You are not the only patient here. Show respect get respect. Emily and Theresa have been my two nurses, even had a 2 year in-training nurse, nothing but wonderful experiences.

Receptionists, nurses and doctors are great. Explain everything throughout the procedures. The only thing that could change would be the people downstairs giving "directions". Because they sent me to floor 3 and 4(wrong floors)... Just for your info, it is floor 2!! I had to call the office to figure out where I was. While I was in here, another patient came in and was directed to the wrong place. 🙃 The people downstairs need to get better educated about the building so patients aren't wasting their time!!
