⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Grand Dunes Surgery Center – Truly Exceptional Care We brought our 3-year-old in yesterday for dental surgery with Dr. Tillman from Sea Side Pediatric Dentistry, and I cannot express enough how grateful we are for the entire team at Grand Dunes Surgery Center. We were told to arrive at 6:00 AM and ended up getting there around 6:15 due to our GPS sending us the wrong way. Even though we were late, the staff was incredibly kind and reassuring. They welcomed us without hesitation, got us checked in, and let us know everything was okay, which was such a relief for this worried mom. The waiting room was adorable and thoughtfully designed. There’s a comfortable adult seating area and the sweetest kids’ section with SpongeBob playing and little aquarium tanks to keep little ones entertained. They let us know that it's normal for there to be about an hour wait after arrival so they can prep everything properly, and we appreciated the transparency. They do have a small drink machine with 6 options to choose from, but I recommend bringing your coffee/drinks/snacks while you wait. Around 7:00, they took us back and explained every single step of the process. Every nurse we spoke with was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely compassionate. They answered all my questions (even through my panic and tears), and helped keep my son calm and happy, he truly went back smiling like a little bug in a rug. During surgery, they asked that I stay in the waiting room, which I actually appreciated because many people don’t realize how important it is for a guardian to remain on-site for safety reasons. After the procedure, Dr. Tillman came out personally to explain how everything went, what they did, and how my son was doing. About 15–20 minutes later, they brought me back as he was waking up. He was comfortable, calm, and able to get up and go potty right away. His mouth looked beautiful and the staff continued to treat us with so much kindness. What really impressed me were the follow-up calls. They checked on him later that same day and again the next morning just to make sure he was still doing okay. That level of care and compassion means the world to parents. Overall, our experience here was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The nurses, anesthesiology team, Dr. Tillman, and everyone we interacted with went above and beyond to make sure my son was safe, comfortable, and cared for. We are truly thankful for everything they did for him, I cannot recommend Grand Dunes Surgery Center enough. — A very grateful mama 💛

The Grand Dunes Surgery Center has a caring, professional . BUT beware they send out bills after they have already billed you up front!!! My husband had cataract surgery and paid $ 2,264.00 before surgery. Then a week later he received a bill for $2000.00. Not cool.

My daughter had her procedure done here to fix her teeth, I was extremely happy with everything from the scheduling to now! They answered all of my questions, very informative about every step of the way even after her procedure it was done on a Friday called later that day and Monday to check on her again! They care about their patients! They are amazing with kids my daughter was so brave and they made it even easier on her! The whole team was great!! I have nothing but good things to say!

Wonderful care for my grandson by doctor but horrible front desk workers. Two women at check in desk were rude, completely unprofessional, gave no greeting and had zero critical thinking skills. They were loud, obnoxious and over talked. A friendly smile and greeting do wonders for people coming in for a surgery. Sad.

My daughter just had surgery here and I have to say - as someone who has worked in healthcare and has a very high standard when it comes to being a patient - this was a shockingly pleasant experience. It’s rare that I find every single staff member professional and compassionate to us as the patient AND to each other as coworkers, but their team impressed me. The entire process from scheduling to after care check up so far has been wonderful. My daughter saw Dr Rosner and we have zero complaints! Absolutely would recommend. And THANK YOU all for your excellent dedication to patient care!
