I had a knee replacement yesterday at this facility and every single person was a true gem! The entire staff was lovely and I could see how happy they were there working and doing the job they do every day. When anxiety was getting the best of me all the nurses and doctors were there right away to ease it. I highly recommend The Carolina Bone and Joint facility. Thanks ladies! You are amazing 💗
Nurses are very nice, however don't count on your scheduled time. My poor wife which is a diabetic has had no food or drink since midnight the night before. It will be going on 16hrs without food or insulin. You would think they would prioritize patients with this history. However, like I stated the facility, staff and doctor are very pleasant.
Let's start by recognizing Kara,Billy, Sophie,Tami, Katherine, Nikki and Betsy. I had a right knee total replacement on 8-4-25 at the Carolina Bone &Joint surgery center. Dr P Ramsey is my orthopedic surgeon. I had a blast and the experience was out of this world. Ramsey and his team along with the Carolina medical crew was awesome. Their Professionalism and courtesy was second to none!!!, I can't wait to have my left knee done soon!!! Words alone can't describe the wounderful experience I had!!!!!!
I just had an MUA (Manipulation under anesthesia) for my left knee this morning. I cannot say enough good things about the front desk staff, the nurses, the anesthesiologist team, and Dr. Merritt from Ortho SC. This was a wonderful experience for me. They answered all my questions and dealt with me being a little scared. All in all they were wonderful!
Had a total knee replacement there last week. The entire staff was outstanding and couldn't have been more attentive. Together they and Dr. Ramsey and his team were great in explaining everything I should expect which was very comforting. So thankful I went there for surgery! You won't find a better surgery center.
