My husband had knee replacement surgery. Every one was attentive, and gave explanation for each step, kind and friendly, from Lynn out front to set everything up, to lady who prepped him for surgery, to anesthesiologist and his helper, to Cathy and Courtney for recovery care that was top notch.. those ladies never stopped in the back well after everyone left for the day they stayed until the very end tirelessly helping my husband in recovery:) it's a difficult surgery but the kindness and care of all those mentioned , not leaving out of course Dr. House and his assistant Heather:) We give you all a 10 .. Thank you all for a successful new journey with a "new" knee.

Had a procedure this morning with Dr. Galen Howard. He's amazing. He first cared for me through the ER. I saw him in is office, he then planned this procedure. He's very caring, understanding, & a first class Doctor! His office, staff, and this center is ALL top notch. I was heard, helped, and fixed. The nurses & the anesthesia Doctor helped me feel safe and reassured. What an amazing team. Highly recommend. 👍

I was scheduled to have a procedure done on 11/8. I was contacted on 11/5 that it is Baylor’s policy that everyone has to prepay what the insurance company will not cover before any surgery is performed. It is my policy not to pay for any service until after the service is completed and all the bills are in. As a result of the differences between the two positions I canceled my scheduled surgery. Obviously greed is the number one priority at Baylor; your health is after that. There is nothing to look into other than Baylor Scott & White Surgicare in Denton policies requiring pre-payment prior to surgery. I know the manner of man I have become due to the Spirit within me. I have no doubt it is not the same Spirit guiding this health care facility. Money is priority one above all else and patient health is secondary. No one can serve two masters. Tomorrow night at Bible study I will remove my name from the prayer list since I canceled my surgery today but I will add the leadership of BS & W to our prayer list for softening of the heart to receive The Spirit. My intent is not to cause harm but to provide truth to those seeking a good patient oriented healthcare facility. No one can make a good decision with bad information. At least now they will know where they stand with your facility.

I’ve several procedures at Baylor in Denton and always have received excellent care. The last procedure was on Friday 8-28-20 by Dr. Thomas Matheson, podiatrist, for surgery on my right foot. I can’t express enough the excellent care, respect and friendliness from all the staff. Thank you all

By far the most pleasant experience I have at surgical center. Everyone there was smiling and had a very calming effect. I would definitely recommend them. They are all super awesome.
