Terrible, Just terrible. My original appointment was scheduled for Monday morning at 9:30 AM, they called me at 9:15 to let me know that there was a scheduling error and the doctor was not in so they rescheduled me for Friday at 3 o’clock. I arrived at 2:45 and when I was still not called back at 3:30, I questioned the receptionist who told me there were still six people ahead of me. For the life of me, I cannot comprehend why an office would schedule that many people at one time with a single doctor, and expect people to sit there for hours, waiting for their appointment. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I will be finding another office/provider who respects peoples time.
Scheduled an appointment with them, I arrived to find place was closed. They could not be bothered to make a phone call to cancel. Your time is not important to them.
