Western Wyoming Surgery

I was reminded of my appointment by text. I arrived a little early, completed my first visit paperwork and was taken back to see my provider right on time. I saw Dr. Aimee Gough and her nurse Brad. Both of them were very friendly and relatable. They spent plenty of time interviewing and examining me. Several courses of action were discussed with a follow up scheduled for two months. I was completely satisfied with my visit.

Dr Morrison is amazing! She fit me in last minute and at the end of her busy day. I never felt rushed and she provided clear details and expectations about my procedure. I highly recommend both herself and Dr Beckstead.

Very professional, very efficient, I'm confident in their knowledge and guidance. A refreshingly pleasant experience starting with the spectacularly friendly, polite and helpful check-in attendant, on to the very kind and professional nurse, then on to a wonderfully bright and capable PA student (who is clearly going to do GREAT things as a future PA and we wish her ALL the best!), and finally the AMAZING surgeon who was kind, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and whom I have complete confidence in. I was given options that were both backed by medical research and personal experience. Because of that I was able to confidently make a decision as to how to move forward with a complete understanding that if anything changes I am welcome to revisit and make changes. My visit ended with an extremely competent, efficient and very kind payment processor! Potentially needing surgery is a daunting experience but the entire crew here made it more pleasant and manageable. We left the office wishing all of our consumer experiences could be this smooth, efficient and friendly. Thank you all for what you do and for HOW you do it!

My first appointment at the center was consultation appointment. Have no idea Was very impressed with the office health. And Dr Morrison was very complete and not in a hurry. Answered all my questions. The lady who checked out whether my insurance was going to be valid was also very helpful in helping me make some decisions about insurance care and whether to perform a biopsy or not i.e. Insurance rules.

Dr Beckstead did an outstanding procedure for me in removing my gallbladder. Everyone was great from the gals at the front desk to the nurses and all the other ladies working in the office to make it possible for my surgery to happen.
