One star is too many. I would NEVER let a family member get referred here again. Not only did a doctor leave when we had a scheduled appointment and we called ahead, but they are dragging us through a years long billing nightmare. Waiting until the last minute to legally bill. Then revising the bill. Then turning off my payment plan and sending letters even when I had proof of zero balance due per their billing website. Their customer service line is useless. I would absolutely not recommend this shady business.

I had a laser procedure done at Walker Surgical Center. My eye is 98% better. The experience was weird. I sat in a curtained off room with another patient having the same procedure done. We had a special gown, booties and cap to keep us clean. When it came time for my procedure, both of us were led to what I would call a linen room, with covered linen carts, in one corner was the table with the machine. I sat off to the side while the other patient had her procedure and then I had mine, very weird. The customer service afterwards was awful. I paid my bill through care credit on the first of the month, on the 11th it still showed not paid, care credit said the payment had posted and they had been paid. Walker surgical said they needed the receipt from care credit so I sent it to them they said they had to investigate and would get back to me in 1 to 3 days. 7 days later they said my balance owed is 0. I asked for a receipt to be emailed to me, they again said 1 to 3 days, 5 days later still no receipt. Today is the 25th I needed the receipt by the 21st for my benefits. I asked again today for a receipt again I was told it would be 1 to 3 days. It sucks. But... I can see much better than I could. Out of pocket it cost me the same as having surgery on both eyes for cataracts and it took less than 2 minutes.

We had such a good experience with the nursing. One nurse that went above and beyond named Martha. She made sure that my daughter was comfortable and not scared. She engaged with her and really had her best interest at heart. This nurse was absolutely phenomenal at her job!!

I recently had bunion removal surgery here. The staff were all amazing. When I arrived I was somewhat nervous and it was a very calm nurse that checked me in and the entire environment is really calming. I think they do an amazing job and I would highly recommend them.
