The receptionists, nurses, and doctors at Vance Thompson Vision were absolutely terrific. From the pre-surgery eye tests staff, pre-check with Keith Rasmussen, and all the nursing staff members before, during and after the surgery were awesome! They always took plenty of time to explain exactly what was going to happen and answer all my questions. They definitely made me feel comfortable ! The whole experience was top notch. A very thoughtful group of staff members. Dr. Vance did an excellent job in preparing me for the cataract procedure! I’d highly recommend Vance Thompson Vision!

I had a great experience. Dr. Keenum and his team made me feel very comfortable. They were amazing at explaining everything they were doing and what to expect with each step before, during and after surgery. I was very pleased with his work and how my eye lids turned out. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that wanted a lid lift done.
Dr. Kramer was very easy to talk to and listened to my concerns and my opinions. He was great with explaining things and I felt he understood what I needed. He gave me advice instead of pushing me into anything. He explained each step of the lasik process and always checked to ensure I understood or if I had questions. Great experience and best decision of my life. I would highly recommend!
The visi with Dr Rasmussen was disturbing and distressing. Information he gave today was very different than at the visit 2weeks ago including information about not being legal to drive for up to 1 months. This was shared as we were waiting to go into surgery! It felt as if he was using car salesmen techniques to push the robotic surgery. Fortunately I was able to talk to both Dr Wallin and Dr Thompson and they were both able to assure me that proceeding with standard cataract surgery would be highly likely to work just fine for me. I NEVER want to see Dr. Rasmussen again
