My technician, Andrew, coached and encouraged me through all the preliminary exams. The information mailed to me (which included doctor’s pictures/bios) and the website links to videos (provided via texts) were significant in letting me know what to expect during my consultation. I originally went in for cataract surgery, but when I later experienced a hemorrhage, their team stepped in with incredible expertise and performed laser surgery to fix my eye. Dr Kristen Walton got my high eye pressure under control by the next day. She even came in on Saturday which was valentine's day, to make sure my pressure was at a good range.
