Wonderful staff and Dr. Vance made sure I felt safe. I will admit having a cataract removed is different but I had no reason to worry. The staff and Doctor made me feel like I knew to ask the RIGHT questions by saying " that's a good a question "! That honestly helped me feel like I wasn't stupid!! Thank you!! It is amazing how clear my vision is now after having cataracts removed. I was always greeted with a smile. There was water, coffee and snacks if I wanted them. My questions were always answered in a way I understood. Phone calls were returned within 24 hours, and usually the same day. I never felt “rushed” during an appointment. Every procedure was clearly explained. If you need eye surgery or other eye treatments, I would definitely recommend you go here.
