I had an endoscopy done here and I would not recommend this place to my enemies. The. Nurses came in with gloves they had been wearing around the facility and did my iv. Very unsanitary. They put in the wrong undersized metal iv in my had it hurt for weeks. Then when it came to the procedure they did not give me enough anesthesia. I woke up a few minutes into the procedure and was choking, gaging, and crying. I was telling them to stop and Dr S told me to calm down and not touch his equipment multiple times. Refused to stop the procedure. My pregnant wife heard all this from the patent room down the hall and almost ran down to tell them to stop. I should have called the police and pressed charges for assault against this office. Please do not go to this Dr he is a complete hack of a doctor, worse experience ever.

Already have Completed 1 Procedure And Scheduled for Next Appointment! Nursing Staff is Courageous and Caring for Patients! Glad I Just Happened To Be There with Another Patient and I’m Happy To Be Getting GI Issues Finally Resolved after 2 Years of Non- Treatment! Been in Business 30-40 Years in Hemet!
Had the endoscopy today, everyone was pleasant and professional. Nurse was great at explaining everything. Consultation was yesterday, Dr is thorough. My only complaint was the wait time. Consultation was at 11 wasn’t seen until an hour later. Overall good experience.
I’ve had consistently great experiences with this office. I had a physical on a Tuesday referring me to a GI dr, by Friday that same week I had a call from this office asking if I was available for a same day phone consultation. The doctor is thorough and scheduled me for an endoscopy and colonoscopy. The same nurses who attended to me both times have an excellent bedside manner. Despite being busy they did not rush, they made me feel very comfortable, both of them are sweet and funny, and it’s obvious they have a great rapport with Dr Singvi. All of this made the procedures a comfortable experience. I highly recommend this office.
Everyone was so sweet. I was so nervous but the lovely ladies in the back talked me through everything kept me calm with some laughter. Held my hands the whole way. Dr was very nice , gentle and patient with me while also getting through my procedure as quickly as possible. Would definitely recommend this place!
