Ok I've had an appointment schedule since November it was on January the 8th. The doctors office called and canceled it the 8th in the am saying the doctor was out sick. OK I get that. Then the office set it up for the 14th. Just now they called me and canceled that one too. They said I need to see a real doctor nat a pa. They said the first appointment they had was in February 22nd. I've had too stocks and a kidney disease. I'm in the er about every week. This office can do better please. Just figured out they don't respond if you don't give them 5 stars

Getting in for the soonest, next available appt is usually a breeze. The staff is great at checking in and nurses are so friendly and helpful. Family practitioners are knowledgeable and if you need more assistance they do not hesitate to find out more information for you or refer you to someone who can better serve your needs. The only issue I've ever experienced is needing a referral for the walk in clinic across the street and not being able to get one, a primary care provider was out of town and I'm not sure if the on call just wasn't available or what happened, but that was an issue for insurance. Other than that one experience, every other experience has been wonderful!

My wife has been on the same birth control for 2 years now and ran out of her prescription, when trying to refill they sat on the script request from the pharmacy for almost a full week and only responded after we had to call them to follow up. They then didn’t give us a return call letting us know she had to go get labs to “prove she’s not pregnant” even though she’s on meds that prevent all ovulation and periods. We had to call them again same day to get that information. Absolute joke. This is also not the first bad experience, just the one we can’t handle not sharing. And I’d like to say it’s just one Doctor but it’s not. It’s been the entire facility.

Trinity Health Western Dakota 2nd floor Pediatrician Office is amazing!! I was super nervous coming in after having a bad experience with CHI's pediatrician's/office after their terrible bedside manner/billing. I don't feel like just a number/dollar sign at Trinity at all! This is how a Pediactric Office should be run; It's so refreshing. It's akin to stepping back in time in regards to customer service standards with all the modern equipment you see at big city clinics. Being a sister office of Mayo Clinic is definitely a plus. We use Dr. Stonehocker for our pediatrician, and he is absolutely phenomenal with our daughter. He always answers questions/concerns quickly and honestly, and doesn't rush appointments if more time than scheduled is needed. Sometimes this means waiting just a little longer because other parents need extra time for their kids, and sometimes that time is needed by me. That's ok when you know you're getting your child(ren) the best care possible. The front desk staff and nurses are always very friendly and helpful in scheduling appointments and answering questions. They are so good with kids too, and make me feel welcome everytime I come in or call. The financial department for the office is in the waiting room of the second floor, so you're actually able to speak to someone friendly and local about making payments. This is refreshing after dealing with CHI who's "local" financial department is staffed with basement dwelling, lazy trolls who never answer the phone or emails and sent my bills to self-pay and overseas collections even though I gave them my insurance. Thank you Trinity Health Western Dakota staff for all you do for my family and the community; It doesn't go unnoticed! Williston and surrounding are so lucky to have you.

Well I used to really like this clinic until today. I submitted a request to get my prescription refilled and called the clinic because my doctor wasn’t showing up on their portal under messaging and they told me my doctor retired so I have to see another provider which is understandable however I’m out of my medication in 2 days and they can’t fit me in until the end of the month. Would have been nice to know my doctor was retiring so I could get this figured out before I ran out!
