Very efficiently. The center is a well run machine. Love the staff. Jen and Allison in preop were attentive, made sure I was comfortable. Victoria , OR Nurse was compassionate and calmed my fears of the OR. Also Jen in recovery made sure I was together and ready to leave. She reviewed the discharge instructions clearly. I find most discharge personnel, quickly review and sometimes mumble instructions since they see dozens of patients and have to repeat the same instructions over and over. Also, the Center was on time so patients didn’t become more anxious having to wait. Also thanks to Dr Pendse and his expertise and the Doctor who administered the Anesthesia Thank you all!
The whole experience at Tri-County Surgical Center was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and professional. My nurse Bridget kept me informed of what was happening next and answered any questions. She was the best. The anesthesiologist and doctor were very nice and explained everything very clearly. I give them my highest rating.
The whole process for getting cataract surgery was wonderful! The staff is extremely professional, kind and pleasant. My nurse today Allison was fabulous ! You’re lucky to have her, she’s a great nurse. Also could hear her doing her follow up calls to patients and she is soft , caring and polite! Thank you everyone!
From the very first email to the second Cataract surgery, we have been happy with the entire process and team @ TriCounty Surgical for my husband’s bilateral Contact surgeries! The screening process was easy and through the emails we were kept up to date as to what to do before and after his surgery. I had cataract surgery yesterday on my left eye. First time doing this . Everyone was extremely professional and nice. The nurse that took care of me when I got there was extremely professional and courteous. Forgive me for I am terrible with names. I know that Allison and Jen R were there taking care of me. Dr. Pendse the surgeon also was very professional and did a wonderful job on my eye. They also call and message you the next day to see how you are doing. I had a lot of surgeries and procedures and I must say this was very quick and painless. I recommend Tri County Surgery Center for anyone who needs eye surgery.
