Several of my family have received knee and ankle replacements at Tri-Cities orthopedics with flawless experiences. I drove four hours from my home to visit and discuss options for my shoulder replacement. I met with Joseph Webb and was pleased to learn, from his vast experience, about the many options I had to choose from. He also shared a procedure not offered by Tri-Cities as a possibility. This level of education and transparency highly impressed me. I was given information to help me best choose for my health need, not options that would best serve Tri-Cities orthopedics. This says much about Joseph Webb and Tri-Cities orthopedics. It is not about the money but what is best for the patient. Even if one must travel four hours, this is the place to receive orthopedic care.

We appreciated so much the timeliness of being able to get us in for an appointment right away. Dr. Lowe was so knowledgeable about the issue we were in there for, as well as giving fantastic advice on weightlifting to my son, being smart about it and safe. We really appreciated the visit.

Was amazing very informative and didnt make one feel stupid when speaking with him. He talks with you, instead of down at you. This man seen the effusion on my right knee and was as gentle as one could be. This was no easy task with draining 6 syringe full of fluid from my knee. And after that well we as a team made a plan moving forward. Highly recommended. I left one empty star putting it at 4 star rating because I've yet to see what he does next. So far Highly recommended!!

I’ve been working with Dr. Kelly and Nurse Shantelle through my torn labrum surgery, and they’ve been outstanding. They make a great team. They respond quickly, explain everything clearly, and take the time to address every concern. You never feel rushed or overlooked. They make sure you understand what’s happening and what comes next. What stands out most is how much they genuinely care. You can tell they’re invested in your outcome, not just going through the motions. Because of them, I have full confidence in the entire process. I’m grateful to have them on my care team.

I saw Dr. Evans for the first time Feb 9, 2026, for a hand problem. I am an elderly patient and have been a TCO patient for about 9 years. And I have seen other specialists at TCO for other ortho problems. Being a TCO patient has been a wonderful experience in general no matter which employee I have seen. And getting an appointment does not require month long waits as is routine with some doctors I have seen in Richland. Dr Evans was attentive, thoughtful, organized and very thorough. My care providers at TCO have always been the best I have ever seen in the TriCities!
