Trails Edge Surgery Center

I underwent my 25th procedure at Trails Edge yesterday. It has been a positive experience. The staff are great always trying to make you comfortable. I totally recommend TESC.

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience at the Trails Edge Surgery Center. From the reception, to all the nurses (especially Margaret) and the three other nurses assigned to my care. I was treated with dignity, respect and loving care pre-post surgery. There wasn't a time there I was alone with the medical team the BEST. With a terrible needle phobia, Margaret the RN delivered seamless utmost skill and care to make sure I was comfortable with the IV. The next morning I can’t see a trace; no pain or bruising. I can’t believe l less than 24 hours I was going through a surgery, anxiety ridden three weeks prior to this, post-op I feel just like a new me. From the anesthesiologist, surgical nurse, pre-post op nurse were all amazing, unspoken hero’s. If you’re being sent here for OP Surgery, know that you’re in the best hands. I was there at 5:30 AM with my surgical team waiting for me. They delivered the best from the time I walked in the door. Thank you so much I’m forever grateful. If you’re ever sent here for out patient surgery, just know you’re in the best hands. ❤️❤️❤️ I’m always grateful for Dr. Blane Crandall and his team—THE best in Naples. Everyone at Trails Edge is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They really help take your mind off of the surgery. My wait was a little long, but that's not the fault of the surgery center. My doctor was just running a bit behind. If your surgery is set to take place here, you're in good hands!

I had my surgery here and I can say that the quality of human beings who work to care for the patient are very friendly, starting with the reception, nurses, etc. The anesthesiologist was professional and friendly. For me the most important thing is that you can find kind and patient people who help you feel better and in this place you can find it. Thank you !

I was very impressed with the fact that they worked with me on the day of my surgery. Very frustrating day. My flight had been canceled. I was supposed to have surgery at 8:30 in the morning. My new flight didn’t get in till 11:11 am, and they let me come in later. They move people around and they let me come in and I had my surgery by 1 o’clock, The staff is very professional and very accommodating.
