Absolutely a waste. Doctor did not have any interest in my pain. Office couldn't see my MRI. Seemed as though the were upset because I had an MRI prior to coming and the could not make money off of the MRI. Gave me Xray so they could bill something. Never called back for reading the MRI. Called about PT once but never followed up. Im still waiting and it's been over two weeks. I had to call about my own prescriptions. Terrible experience from start to finish.

When you call to make an appointment or try request speaking with someone because they faxed the wrong prescription to the pharmacy you have to listen to a recording and leave a message. The recording states someone will return a call by 2pm the following business day. So far after 4 days no call backs. My wife is a patient of Dr Steven Poletti. He is a great doctor but his staff sucks in their duties. He needs better assistants. The institute has a whole has lost its human connection in communication and patient service.

Good Dr's, terrible customers service. I have called multiple times and sent in my medical release form to get my records released. I was told told they would sent them back to me by email. For records all they have is a voice mail you leave your information, no actual person to talk to. I have since left 4 messages trying to get these records and the new hospital here in AZ will not schedule me until the see my prior procedures. Before you go here try to find a place with better patient customer service.

They do not return people's calls? I called last Thursday (1/22) to get an appointment for a Intracept procedure with Dr. Schell for my husband and left a message. I called again the following day (1/23) and left an alternative phone number. My husband's doctor sent a referral and by this Tuesday (1/27), you still had not called us, so we went to your offices and spoke to the check-in desk, who went in the back and spoke to the New Patient Coordinator. We were told that the New Patient Coordinator would call my husband's cell in just a few minutes and we verified his cell phone number. This is Friday (1/30) and NO ONE HAS CALLED US. Their service is terrible and the lack of professionalism is astounding. It is literally impossible to get through to anyone over there.

I have been a patient at Southeastern Spine since 2010. Started out seeing Dr Donald Johnson, until he retired. 2 years ago staring seeing Dr Frisch. Since becoming apart of Novant Health, cannot get anyone to answer the phone to even get an appointment and having your call returned is just as bad. It's ashame to have good Doctors and VERY POOR SERVICE. Then the other part is you have and appointment time and are asked to be there 15 mins early. Why? Because you sit there and your appointment time is 10:50 am but they don't get you back until 30 to 60 minutes after that. No respect for the patients time. It is time for me to find another Excellent Spine Physician somewhere else.
