The Outpatient Center is a fraud. My insurance entitles me to a free colonoscopy. Next thing I know I received two bills from different companies over $600.00. The Billing department has the worse payment plan and won't help with a payment plan if the balance is $61.00 or less. I didn't received the January bill in the mail so I called about it. I got a hold of someone by the name of Ann in the billing department and her level of professionalism was extremely poor. She was completely rude and unprofessional. I tried to make a payment and she did not want to accept the amount I was trying to pay, and send my account to a Debt collection company, "Transworld System Inc (TSI) while I was on the phone with her because I couldn't make a full payment of $46.50. Ann transferred my call to TSI to make the payment. Some of us are doing the best we can. DO NOT USE THIS CENTER FOR ANYTHING. I advise anyone going there to get EVERYTHING in writing. They truly scammed me!
I had today the colonoscopy at this center, to say I had amazing service it’s not enough. From the front desk to the end I had such great service! Everyone was amazing, from paramedic who met me, anesthesiologist, to the girls inside, Nina, Jessica and many others - that’s what service supposed to be. These all people are great example! Dr.Bradley Towbin is such a talented doctor, he is very knowledgeable, kind and patient! He is just amazing! I didn’t even know it’s done, I was thinking I’m still up before procedure, when I was completely done. No pain, nothing uncomfortable, I’m so happy I was with this team)). Thank you all for such a great experience! Highly recommended! Definitely!
This was my first time here. I needed a colonoscopy and endoscopy. Just wanted to say the place is great!! I would definitely come back here if I needed something else done. My doctor was Dr. Azzawi. All the nurses were super nice too. The place was clean and organized and I was in and out.
If one must go through a procedure, this is definely where you want to go. The staff was amazing, gentle, professional, truly caring. My physician, Dr. Rubin is the best in his field and there were other patients envious that I was seeing him and they were not.
Billing department never calls you back to help with payments 11/19 Just got a hold of someone in the billing department and was completely rude and unprofessional. I tried to make a payment and he did not want to accept the amount I was trying to pay at first. His response was you can pay all or half. That is not the first comment you should make when someone is trying to pay any amount. Some of us are doing the best we can. DO NOT USE THIS CENTER FOR ANYTHING.
