My visit to the office of J. Matthew Rouse today proved to be everything and more than I had hoped. Each helper/technician I saw prior to meeting Dr. Rouse was friendly, professional and efficient. Dr. Rouse was personable , professional, knowledgeable and thorough, and his time with me felt valuable. There is no rating high enough to explain my experience between the organization of the facility. The promptness of the facility continuous communication before and after very professional and tentative and Dr. David Harris was above and beyond. Out of all the years I've been going to the doctor here and there surgery centers. I have never seen an organization rant so well and professional on every level I would highly recommend this facility and I know people have complained about waiting too long to see Dr. Harris or anybody else at that particular facility prior to surgery is because there is such a long wait because of their professionalism and the fact that they do the best job and Stone. Dr. Lubert has to be one of the kindest Doctors I know. He’s reassuring about your eyesight, explains any changes & any type of treatment needed. No long wait for your appointment. Let’s you know exactly what he will be doing. Ask if you have any questions. He just puts you at ease.
Dr. Rouse is wonderful we have seen him for several years and he is always kind and caring. Willing to explain things how we are able to understand and answer any questions. We couldn't ask for a better doctor to be involved in our daughters care. The staff from the office (we have been to about every office)to nurses are all very nice but Lisa holds a special place in our hearts.
I love the people working there, from the ones at the front desk all the way to the doctors and everyone in between! They’re so efficient but they don’t rush you. Whether it’s deciding which is better - 1 or 2? Or having another test run, or asking the doctor questions, they do a great job. I’m so thankful to have them taking care of my eyes.
