I went in yesterday for a procedure. From walking in the front door , to leaving out the bsck door the staff was very nice and caring. We had a little problem with my paper work but it was solved . I am very appreciative for the way I was treated. I felt very safe being put to sleep. So professional and compassionate. Thank You team , You all are doing a fantastic job
An overall great experience, the surgeon was running behind, which does not reflect on surgical elite of Avondale. I’ve had multiple surgeries in this location. They’ve always treated me. It’s exceptionally kind, and with the knowledge I need the nursing staff preop and postop were amazing. Getting some ice at home lots of it and already up and walking without a cane or crutches.
Superb in every way - Nurses Channa, Kelly and Sarah - personable and kind; surgeon Dr Dave and Anesthesiologist Dr Winthrop were super professional and thorough. An excellent experience from scheduling to reminders, intake, surgery,and discharge. Highly recommended!
