I have had both knees replaced with Dr Nelson, first one September 8 this one November 24 , received excellent care , would recommend both the surgeon and facility!
April 15th was the first time I had surgery at this beautiful establishment and I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience. From the point of check in with Kellie to my Pre-Op Nurse Kara, O.R. Nurses Kim, Jesse and Brian, and my Post-Op Nurse Mary Beth all of you are wonderful people giving fabulous care to your patients.
Awesome staff; EVERYONE was very professional first of all. I have been here 5 times for myself and other family members. I have seen nothing but pros. Very caring nurses; everyone has a different way, but they show they care. Every time I've been there they ALL know their job. Thank you, God bless you all. Don't hesitate, this is much better than a hospital.
