very happy with the experience. The staff was so welcoming beginning with the receptionist who checked me in. I watched the staff treat all patients with kindness and respect. One nurse even checked to see if she could get a patient a blanket while he waited. And Dr Freeman introduced himself as “Scott”. 👍😍
My primary dermatologist sent a referral to Sunrise Dermatology on Thursday and they called within 2 hours to setup an appointment for the next day. I was processed in quickly the next morning and had the initial procedure within 30 minutes. Once lab check was completed they quickly got stitches done and I was out by lunch. Staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. this is my 3rd procedure by Dr. Freeman and each has worked out great.
From the time I came through the door until I left, the entire staff greeted me with professionalism and friendliness. The receptionist was very nice and bubbly! The nurses were all professional, caring and instructive. Dr Freeman is the very best. He is professional, great bedside manners and efficient. I would recommend him to anyone needing a Dermatologist/Mohs Surgeon.
We’ve had a wonderful experience with Melissa Williams, CRNP at Sunrise Dermatology. She immediately put my 13-year-old son at ease and took the time to explain his treatment in a way he understood. She is truly amazing with kids—patient, encouraging, and able to connect with them in a way that builds trust. We’ve already seen great improvement, and his confidence has grown so much. Highly recommend!
Everyone was nice except the receptionist. She acted as if we were bothering her. Well that is your job to be friendly with the patients and offer an inviting atmosphere because without us you will not have a job.
