I've been taking my husband to Micheal Ritmiller since 2022. Ritmiller is very personable, and pleasant. He's very thorough. He explains your condition and makes sure you understand before you leave his office. His team that makes the office run smoothly are exceptional. I would recommend Michael Ritmiller to anyone.
Great communication through text and email in regard to my appointment. Easy registration through app. Staff is friendly and pleasant. Dr. Drescher is the best; very caring, thorough, and concerned about my health. He answers all of my questions and doesn’t rush through. My first appointment in October, I was very sick and Dr. Drescher treated me with compassion. Today, after his care (surgery), I feel great! Thank you, Dr. Drescher!
PA Diane Young was great but the practice overall is hugely difficult to communicate with. The bigger issue is that they double-billed me for a visit, charging me for a consultation with Dr Filderman even though I never booked/met/spoke with him (I know that a PA will commonly consult with a physician, but my understanding is that legally they cannot bill for two separate visits/services when only one took place, and certainly I never agreed to it). Their billing team refused to correct it, so now I will have to report this as fraudulent billing to my insurance provider and the state’s attorney. For less privileged patients it could be devastating to receive surprise bills; it’s unethical.
Reception women is bad attitude and aggressive women she is very rude with patient, also they dont remind appointment reminder women who on phone is bad behavior and overall bad people's rude, and not mannered also not professional staff is very bad language use specially Reception women who pick phone calls these guys not reliable, also dont know how to treat customers and patients. Advised never come there.
I felt very comfortable speaking to my doctor the other and they wished me well with my upcoming journey!! I think my doctor should see many more patients because they took the time to listen to my concerns and they have excellent bedside manners. 😊
