The offshore call center that calls you about scheduling appointments the people barely speak English, the calls are spotty and you can’t hear the people. Very poor decision to use this call center to save money instead of proper English speaking people. Medical information is extremely crucial and mistakes can be made because you don’t even understand what the person is saying.

Process involved prep nurses, met with Dr.Barlow and Anesthetist, surgery and recovery Nurses. All personnel very compassionate and communicative and checked my birthrate, name, doc, and procedure!
