I’ve been going to advanced surgical for my colonoscopies and endoscopies with Dr. Shehata since the opening of Advanced Surgical. The entire staff there is amazing. They are kind, patient, attentive, knowledgeable, respectful, and comforting. They make the experience, easy. I especially got to know Laura and Michelle over the years. A great mainstay for the center. I highly recommend Advanced Surgical. Kudos to the staff.
I recently had a knee procedure at Advanced Surgical Institute and I could not be more pleased with my experience and the Staff who cared for me. The surgical team was outstanding, professional and thorough in explaining every step before and after the procedure. The facility was spotless and operated like a well-oiled machine! I highly recommend Advanced Surgical Institute - they exceeded my expectations in every way.
I have been to this facility twice. Each time was great! From the front desk to the nurses and doctors, everyone is so nice and helpful!! The surgery center is clean!! I appreciate the hard work from this staff and that is clearly shown here. Thank you all.
The nurses are very nice and attentive. I have not had a bad experience there. I should get frequent copay points for all the times I'm there...lol I will be back at least two more times before years end. My doctor is awesome. Keep up the good work.
I was very nervous going in and am always leery of surgical places, because I have been treated like just another number, but all the staff from the time I walked in until the time I walked out were all very nice and calming. The anesthesiologist, nurses, and Dr. Jennings explained everything and answered all my questions about the procedure, before and after, without any frustrations in their voices and made sure I was at ease before going in for the procedure. 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend this place!
