Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Melinda for my immunization, flu, and covid vaccines. She is another amazing representative of Kaiser. She went above and beyond with my concerns and took a sincere interest in my care. I have to end my membership with Kaiser starting the 1st of the year due to my premiums going up over $1700 per month. However, I hope to return one day because I have received excellent care here for the last 20 years.
Easy check-in at the kiosk for my OB-GYN visit. Dr. Barnes and medical assistant, Taylor, (I may have got her title wrong) were super pleasant and attentive, and the doctor was fast and efficient. They were respectful, warm and empathetic.
