My father had both of his eye surgeries here. They arranged the transportation for us. Staff are courteous, respectful and nice. There is a waiting room for those who accompanying the patient on the fifth floor. They call your phone when the patient is all done and ready for pick up. As for my father, he speaks limited english so they let me inside the pre op room to help with translation. Overall it was a smooth and stress free experience.

Had come here, accompanying my mom for her cataract surgery. Patients wait in a different area. I was waiting on the 5th floor. Staff were very nice and friendly. We got here around 12:15pm. Finished at roughly 3:15pm According to my mom and another patient, once they bring you into the operating room, it'll be an hour before you get out.

Just completed my second cataract surgery here. I found all the staff very professional and kind. The nurses were very helpful and informative, explaining everything they did in advance. When there was an un- anticipated delay with my procedure, the nurse even got her Bluetooth speaker out to play me music. Everything looked to be very clean and well organized.

Horrible experience with my mother first of all you can’t wait in the waiting area they send you to the fifth floor . Second of all when we were checking in the woman who work in front desk were so rude to my mother who is an elderly woman and can confuse simple things . My mom had forgotten which eye she was supposed to get surgery on and she left my mother for last when we were the first one to see the doctor just because of the confusion instead of having doctor clarify which eye was goin to be operated on . I was really upset because my mother felt uncomfortable. Please fix the attitude of your staff especially when operating on the elderly

Had eye surgery yesterday and it was worst expirence /service I've had in years. The doctor and anesthesiologist were insensitive and rude her (surgeon) treatment of my eye was sloppy and very roughly. The patient needs and feelings didn't matter was supposed to have been given anesthesia had IV put in arm an I signed conset to receive it but it wasn't given I asked and told them both I was very nervous they brushed it off like nothing.
