The staff are kind, helpful, and efficient. The facility itself well maintained. More importantly, the providers did an amazing job taking care of me and made the process smooth; while easing my stress going into it. The surgery itself went as best as it could possibly go, uncomplicated, as anticipated. I’m very thankful.
Dr. Merritt was amazing with my daughters ACL reconstruction. He answered all the questions we had, explained the pros and cons of each option we had, and the surgery went great. I would definitely recommend Dr. Merritt to anyone that needed his skill set- he does great work and is super knowledgeable.
Dr. Arntz was caring, forward looking in my diagnosis and answered all my questions. He spent time with me prior to the surgery and after the surgery again explaining things and helping me understand what was going to happen and what transpired in the operation. The operation was successful and the outcome was exactly what was expected.
Everyone was truly amazing. Surgery day is always uncertain and scary. All the staff including the surgeon and anesthesiologist had incredible bed side manner and went lengths to make me feel comforted and cared for down to small details. I never felt Ike an inconvenience. Best experience ever!
